Delete your Clear It account and data
Clear It provides account and data-deletion options inside the mobile application. This website also allows you to submit a deletion request if you have removed the app, cannot access your account, or prefer to make the request online.
You will not be required to reinstall Clear It to submit or complete a valid website request.

Reminder plans and reminder occurrences

Reminder history and acknowledgement records

Pairing invitations

Notification and escalation records
-
Push-notification tokens

Uploaded reminder images

Deleting an account is permanent. It is not the same as temporarily disabling or freezing an account.
Shared Relationships
Clear It is designed around paired caregiver and recipient relationships. Deleting a caregiver account or recipient relationship may remove reminders, history, and access for both sides of that pairing.
The verification process is intended to protect each participant from unauthorized deletion.
Information That May Remain Temporarily
Limited information may remain temporarily when reasonably necessary for:
-
Security logging
-
Fraud and abuse prevention
-
Encrypted backup rotation
-
Compliance with legal obligations
-
Dispute resolution
-
Protection of rights and safety
Information retained for one of these purposes will not remain available for ordinary use and will be removed or de-identified when the applicable retention need ends.
We may retain information that has been de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably identify or be linked to an individual.
Recipient Devices
Removing a recipient relationship also invalidates the associated pairing. The Clear It application should remove locally stored pairing and reminder information when the device receives or detects that change.
If information remains visible on a disconnected device, close and reopen Clear It and ensure that the device has an internet connection. Contact support if the information remains available.
